My classes are truly for all levels - Everyone is welcome! These are my regularly scheduled slots, but I am always subbing for my fellow teachers, so keep an eye out on the Yoga Flow SF schedule.

Classes available to book directly through YFSF, classpass, and gympass.

I want yoga to be accessible to everyone. If you’d like to come but cannot afford class, please reach out
